Dementia Research Centre launched at Hull Memory Clinic

Professor Esme Moniz-Cook was honoured by local politicians Alan Johnson MP and Diana Johnson MP at the recent launch of the Dementia Research Centre in Hull.  The launch took place in the Hull Memory Clinic and the event was covered by the Hull Daily Mail.

Professor Moniz-Cook is an Honorary Professor in the Faculty and recently received an accolade for her work in dementia: Esme was recently named joint NHS Quality Champion for leading the way in early detection of dementia and groundbreaking research at Hull Memory Clinic.  She will now go forward as a candidate for the national leadership award next year.
